Hey, Diana here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor from Tacoma, WA with a background in Traumatology.

I used evidenced-based approaches that blends both psychology and the creative process to restores the sense of self-flourishing and lends to an enriched quality of life.

Having to engage my own self-love journey and healing,
I believe everyone has a unique and exemplary gift to offer just by their existence filled with experiences and perspectives that only they possess.

My entire job and partnership with you is to assist you in finding this self-gift by discovering your story and the authentic values you hold within it to access the life that is meant for you.
